Your adventure begins when you make your own way to the meeting point closest to your Puerto Vallarta resort. From there, a vehicle will take you to the middle of the wilderness to experience the excitement and the peace from a natural excursion like this one. Meet your guides at the Canopy River ranch, and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink. Then gear up to get your heart pumping on an exciting zip line circuit!
You’ll first ride a test line, and then you’ll be set to soar high above a forest and a river running through it. Feel the wind in your face and the adrenaline pulsing through your entire body as you fly at heights of 200 feet. You’ll see the canopy and the river way below you. The circuit includes 11 different zip lines, some of them will actually get so low, you’ll be able to touch the river and make quite a splash!
Spend time at the ranch and taste tequila
To wind down from all the high-flying action, you’ll take a mule ride back to the Canopy River ranch after you’ve gotten down from the zip lines. Enjoy the sights all around you during your gentle ride, and even let your mule stop in the river for some refreshment. When you're back in the ranch, help yourself with a tequila tasting to get a nice sample of the region’s flavor. Then you can look through photographs of your journey and you can purchase these memories if you’d like. When your excursion ends, head back to Puerto Vallarta after a thrilling day out in nature.
