On arrival at the Jamaica subsistence farm, you will be encouraged to select and help harvest local vegetables and fruits that will be part of your Jamaican cooking demonstration.
Once you have gathered your fresh produce, you will make your way to the rustic ruins of the Blue Hole Estate Great House to indulge in an experience for all your senses, taste, aroma, touch, this is a foodie excursion like no other. On arrival you will be greeted with a refreshing drink of a lemongrass iced tea to sip while being guided through the history of the Great House.
