This activity takes place in the Riviera Maya’s largest natural waterpark, Xel-Ha. There, you'll participate in the unique sea trek program where you'll walk underwater with a special helmet that allows you to breathe without scuba gear. No need to even know how to swim, either. Certified guides will instruct you on how to use the equipment before you set off to explore the park’s underwater riches with your flippered friends.
Visit dolphins 16 feet beneath the sea
You’ll spend 45 minutes in underwater depths of 16 feet, where the park’s dolphins will be waiting to interact with you. You'll be welcome to touch and pet the friendly dolphins during your sea trek in Xel-Ha. When you’re done spending quality time with the most intelligent sea mammals, you’re free to add on entrance at Xel-Ha all-inclusive aquatic park. Once you’ve paid admission, you'll have access to the entire park, which features snorkeling, floating down a lazy river, cliff jumping, and many more seaside adventures that complement your dolphin encounter.

- Wear your bathing suit, comfortable clothing and footwear
- Bring hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunblock and money for snacks, tips and souvenirs (tipping is optional)
- Do not apply any sunblock until after the completion of your program
- Note: Please leave all jewelry behind, especially rings and bracelets as these can scratch or hurt the dolphins
- Very important: For safety’s sake, cameras are not allowed during this swim, but photo packages are available for purchase at Delphinus
