- Wear swimsuit, comfortable clothing and footwear
- Bring hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunblock, camera and extra t-shirt

- Don’t apply any sunblock until after the completion of your program
- Please arrive to the Vallarta Dolphin Center 30 minutes before your scheduled swim.
