As part of your experience at the Playa Mujeres Delphinus, your experienced trainers will give you plenty of fun facts about the dolphins and their biology that makes them the smartest sea mammals on the planet. Additionally, you can learn how Delphinus promotes the dolphins’ well-being with environmental education that includes scientific and veterinary research.
At the end of your excursion, you can purchase photos of your dolphin adventure before showering and changing. Once you’re good to go, say goodbye to the dolphins and their friendly trainers as you take the the return ride to your resort.

Practical Information
- Wear your bathing suit, comfortable clothing and footwear
- Bring a hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunblock, and money for snacks, tips, and souvenirs (tipping is optional)
- Do not apply any sunblock until after the completion of your program
- Note: Please leave all jewelry behind, especially rings and bracelets as these can scratch or hurt the dolphins
- Very important: For safety’s sake, cameras are not allowed during this swim, but photo packages are available for purchase at Delphinus
- Please note that our partner will be providing transportation in their vehicle so that you can enjoy this exciting excursion.
