Your outing takes place at the Dolphinaris in the Bahia Principe in Tulum, so you don’t need transportation if you’re staying at this gorgeous resort. Upon entering this Riviera Maya dolphinarium, you'll meet a host of professional dolphin caregivers and trainers who will give you a 10-minute briefing about the program and what you'll be doing.
Then it’s time to interact with the dolphins in this program! The 40-minute dolphin swim program will include a number of interactions, from a formal hand/fin-shake greeting to a friendly hug and kiss, to a chance to swim in the water with these playful new friends. Allow the dolphins to give you a hand in the lagoon with a foot push ride across the water on the tip of its nose, or a side-by-side swim as you hold on to its dorsal fin.

- Wear your swimsuit for the program (no shorts, cut-offs or items with metal fasteners, rivets, zippers or buckles are allowed)
- People with heart or back-related problems and pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any interactive programs with dolphins
- It is not permitted to use sunscreen products, to introduce any electronic device (telephones, PDA's, MP3 players, portable game consoles, cameras, video cameras, etc.) or any personal items including hairpins, hats/caps, sun-glasses or jewelry (rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, wrist-watches) in the "Swimmers' Only" designated land and water areas
- It is mandatory to wear a life-jacket at all times during the program
- All Dolphinaris' facilities welcome visitors with disabilities
