Description

Travel by truck or speedboat to Los Veranos Canopy Tour

Your zip lining tour starts at a meeting point near your Puerto Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta resort, and you’ll be taken to your adventure in an air-conditioned van or an open-air jungle cruiser, depending on the number of passengers that day. The journey will take you along Vallarta’s tropical coastline, passing secluded Mexican beaches before arriving in Las Juntas y Los Veranos, the small community where you’ll join your Puerto Vallarta zip line tour.

You can also opt to take a more exciting means of transportation — a speedboat ride across Banderas Bay! Feel the adrenaline as you go full throttle through the Vallarta Coast, taking in the amazing views of the Pacific, the perfect way to kick off a thrilling escapade before heading out into the wilderness of Los Veranos.

Soar over the Puerto Vallarta canopy on exhilarating zip lines

When you reach base camp, you’ll meet your guides, highly trained zip lining experts who make safety a priority while still having fun. The guides will outfit you into safety gear and explain the double safety line and easy brake system used throughout the Los Veranos canopy tour. Your first ride is only 25 feet long, to give you a taste of what’s to come and to practice using the braking system before you gradually climb higher and faster to more platforms and zip lines.

After you’ve geared up and had your practice run, you’re ready to get thrilled on more than 2 miles of zip lines for a total of 14 fast-moving rides. Four zip lines travel more than 1,100 feet over the Mexican canopy, and some zip lines tower more than 300 feet off of the ground!

Unwind with a river swim, kayaking, animal watching and tequila

Once you’ve enjoyed the multiple courses along this eco-friendly zip line tour outside of Puerto Vallarta, take a dip in the cool waters of the river, where water slides will provide more shrieks and fun. You can also take a delightful small adventure on a kayak, rowing away your worries and relaxing as you feel the river breeze on your face.

Also, allow yourself to have a break at the zoo located on the grounds, and get closer to a variety of Mexican wildlife. And, of course, the adults can sample some traditional tequila at the bar and riverside restaurant, where you can also purchase Mexican cuisine and more drinks to unwind after an adrenaline-filled day, all before returning to your meeting point in Puerto Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta.
