Description
Swim with Sea Lions
Sea lions are whiskered marine mammals that can weigh between 200 and 700 pounds and are 6 to 8 feet in length. During your swim with sea lions, you will have the opportunity to pet them, as well as join them in an interaction pool for hugs, kisses and photographs. Ages 6 and up are welcome to meet the sea lions, and following the meet and greet, you will have a chance to see even more marine life in various shows taking place at the park.
Spend the Day at a Marine Park
Your swim with sea lions program begins with pickup from your Puerto Plata resort. You will receive entry into Ocean World marine park, which is also home to a bird exhibit, an iguana habitat and a natural rain forest. Snorkel in the park’s Tropical Reef Aquarium (included), and enjoy some rest and relaxation on Dolphin Beach, which is lined with lounge chairs for your comfort. Lunch will be provided during your visit.
