Practical Information

  • Bring your swimsuit, water shoes, a change of clothes, towel, biodegradable sunscreen and insect repelent
  • Bring extra money snacks, lunch and souvenirs
  • An official ID must be presented at the park's ticket booths.
  • Some activities are not recommended for people with heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, claustrophobia, acrophobia, hypertension, diabetes, sensitive skin, wounds, recent surgeries, or during pregnancy.
  • Slip and Owl Flight activities include water areas with a depth between 3.6 and 5.6 ft. It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft, as well as adults and children who don't know how to swim, don't participate. Both activities are done individually.
  • Activities including Xensatorium, Slid, Owl Flight, Riverlaxing, Sludgerie, Rain, and Xauna are not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with epilepsy.
  • Access will not be allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances.
  • Children between 5 and 12 years old must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Children under 18 must always enter the park with an adult.
